What is the employee rewards program?
It's a corporate reward program under the Employee Benefits Program (Scheme) in which a company can credit a desired amount to the employee's wallet, which they can redeem as and when required.
How to Buy an Item ?
After you found the item you want to buy press the "Buy" button and detailed information about the product will appear in a new page. (b) Read the "How to avail this product" instructions situated on the right side of the page and press "I am ready..." (c) After you fill the necessary fields and make the payment a voucher will be send to your email address. (d) With this voucher you can avail the discount form the shopkeeper. (e) In case you made the full payment online the voucher won't be needed.
How to see offers in specific city only?
Automatically you will be shown the offers from all India. To select a specific city you should press the "Change" button on the right hand top. On the screen will appear all the cities in which the great deals and discounts are available. Choose the city of your choice.
How to add/remove items from My Bag ?
Press "Add to cart" button in order to add items in the cart. Similarly go to my account>my cart and press "Delete" button.
What are different payment schemes?
(a) The first scheme is to pay the whole amount of money in advance via internet and then redeem the product. (b) The second option is to pay a small amount in online and get a voucher. Present this voucher as well as the rest of the amount, to the shopkeeper and redeem your product.
How to redeem any coupon?
A coupon could be both received on your email address or mobile phone. (b) To redeem it you could either download it from you email and get a printout or just carry your mobile phone along with you.
Merchant is not accepting my coupon?
Please check if the date of redeeming the coupon has been expired.
What is Apply Coupons ?
Coupon code will be entered at the time of checkout under Apply Coupon Section and is redeemable against the minimum purchase of X amount (as defined) or above. The same cannot be redeemed against any other coupons available on site. Coupon is for single time use only per member and non transferable. BenefitsPlus reserves the rights to amend, terminate or extend the validity of this coupon at any time without prior information.
What is Cash Back ?
Cash Back is a service in which user can earn the credits in his E-wallet which can be redeemed for further purchasing.
How to use Cash Back Service ?
CashBack can only be used to buy deals on and will not be reimbursed in any other form - Login to benefitsPLUS platform. - Choose the deal to buy, along with user will able to see the cash back (Rs.) After making the payment, cash back amount will get credited to user¿s ewallet which can redeem after 15 days from the date of purchase. - Cash back service will only be applicable on Full paid Product and Services. - Cash back cannot be availed along with any Coupon/Discount Scheme.
How Cash back credits can be redeemed?
After 15 days from the date of purchase, user can redeem the Cash Back credit by purchasing any product or service. The cash back credit can be adjusted with the Offer Price of the product and the customer need to pay only the balance amount.
Buying / Gifting an Gift Voucher
-Enter the amount for the eGift Voucher you'd like to purchase then click "Proceed To Pay". -The sidebar will now have the payment options. You can pay by Credit Card / Debit Card / ATM Card / Netbanking. Proceed to pay through your preferred choice. -Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email containing the Gift Voucher details.
What is My Account?
We've made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account". "My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions. You can · manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids · change your password · track the status of your transactions
How to update my profile?
In order to change your profile go to Home-> My account>my profile in the right-up corner. After you update the information press the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
How to change your password?
To change your password, go to my My Account->my profile->change password->enter your current password>enter new password as well as confirm it and click on save changes button. After successful submission of this form, your old passwords will no longer work and you can login with your new password.
How to retrieve forgotten password?
On login page press the "Forgot password" link Enter email address (same as your username) and the code shown in the image and press "Submit. The reset password instructions will be sent to your email account within 1-2 minutes. Go to the "Inbox" and click on the verification link sent. On successful completion of this step, you will be prompted to enter the new password in your profile area on benefitsPLUS. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). You will receive a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with us. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. B000004345) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.
When can I cancel an order?

What is Cash on Delivery?
Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) is an alternate method of purchasing , other than Online (By Credit/Debit card and Netbanking). In the C-o-D payment terms or C-o-D service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.
How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
We accept all VISA, MasterCard . Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private.
What is the e-Wallet?

In case your e-Wallet balance is lower than the total amount payable, you can make a partial payment using your e- Wallet and then pay the remaining amount using any of the other prepaid payment options.

No , the e-Wallet balance in your account cannot be transferred to other accounts.
Is there any expiry date for the balance in the e-Wallet?
No, there is no expiry date for the e-Wallet balance. You will be able to use your e-Wallet balance at any point of time.
What is ICICI's Credit Card EMI scheme?
We have a option to pay through EMI for ICICI Credit Card Holders. This payment option is available for all orders that have a minimum value of Rs. 5000 or above, where you will be required to pay the amount of your order in a specified number of installments. We offer two schemes: 3 months and 6 months.
How do I make a payment using ICICI's Credit Card EMI scheme?
